Ever is the creative obsession of Michelin-starred Chef Curtis Duffy and co-owner/Director of Operations Michael Muser (both formerly of Chicago’s Avenues and Grace). An acclaimed 8- to 10-course tasting menu—focused on proteins from the land and sea as well as seasonal vegetables complemented by fruits, grains, seeds and nuts—is served in a charcoal-and-black-toned, minimalist dining room that provides a cinematic, almost ethereal backdrop for the refined cuisine.
