The restaurant prides itself on being farm-to-table, using the products of local ranchers, farmers, fishermen and producers. Notable dishes include spicy tuna tartare with avocado, sweet soy and sesame seed crackers; Avalon flatbread with shishitos, Boca bacon, cheese and cilantro; and the OMG burger with aged white cheddar, heirloom tomato, pickled onions and truffle parmesan fries.
