Mott 32 Las Vegas

Modern Chinese cuisine in a luxurious setting

Description

Mott 32 is named after 32 Mott Street in New York. The historic street was the site of NYC’s first Chinese convenience store, which opened in 1851. Today it is the center of a bustling Chinatown in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. Mott 32 has long been considered by experts as serving some of the best Chinese food in Las Vegas, with a wide variety of impressive regional dishes. Inspired by Cantonese, Szechuan and Beijing cultures, the dishes are prepared with only the freshest and finest ingredients. Must-try dishes include siu mai with soft quail egg, Iberico pork and black truffle from the dim sum menu. Crispy triple-cooked Wagyu beef short ribs and smoked black cod are other delicious selections. And a true stand-out is the apple-wood smoked Peking duck. It takes 48 hours to prepare in a special air-drying duck fridge before being roasted, on order. Mott 32 also has a large selection of vegan and vegetarian options, like wild mushroom and water chestnut dumplings and wok-fried baby napa cabbage, as well as Champagne and red and white wines.
