Inspired by the London flagship location, HakkasanLas Vegas takes a modern approach to authentic Cantonese cuisine. The interior exudes a Shanghai-Chinois chic, with carved Chinese screens, ambient sounds and beautiful lighting. The menu includes global signature dishes Stir-fried black pepper rib-eye beef with merlot and Roasted silver cod with champagne and honey, in addition to dishes that are unique to the Las Vegas location.
