The Torres twins, Sergio and Javier, have ingeniously integrated their kitchen with the dining area in their remarkable restaurant. This creates a unique experience that embodies their philosophy: "Welcome, embrace, share." The façade transforms like a seasonal forest, illuminated by changing lights. Inside, three kitchen modules take the spotlight, encircled by spaces dedicated to production, workshops and research—a central hub for work and service. This scene is illuminated by designer Pete Sans' suspended "clouds" of light.
The Torres’ creative tribute to gastronomy weaves in their journeys, childhood memories and Spain's diverse regions. Rooted in tradition and seasonal ingredients, their culinary creations flourish.
